E-VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The purchase of Park Hotel Brasilia vouchers is subject to the following general terms and conditions, as well as those expressly referred to in the voucher. Divergent or supplementary agreements require the explicit written authorization of the Park Hotel Brasilia management.
ONLINE VOUCHER PURCHASE
Vouchers purchased online are issued with a unique “Voucher code” associated with the recipient; the voucher must be printed and can only be used for services rendered to the recipient. The first voucher presented with the corresponding “Voucher code” shall be considered as the original voucher.
VALIDITY/EXPIRATION/USE OF GIFT CARDS
The voucher is valid until the date stated on the voucher and is subject to Hotel availability at the time of booking request. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Voucher credit may not be used to pay for Tourist tax. Unused or partially used vouchers cannot be refunded.
ADVANCED RESERVATION OF PURCHASED SERVICES
Advance reservation is required to redeem the voucher, subject to hotel availability at the time of request.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations made using a voucher are subject to the cancellation policy of the rate plan booked.
SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PAYMENT TRANSACTION
The validity of the voucher is subject to successful completion of the payment transaction. Park Hotel Brasilia therefore reserves the right to cancel the voucher in case of failed payment transactions.
