The only negative remark regards the diner in the restaurant. We had gamba-spaghetti, which contained only fish waste (heads and shell) and no meat while the second course had no taste and was cold. This was disappointing, because the hotel is really excellent in every other aspect.

Everything was great. We called the front desk for an iron and within 2 min. it was at our front door! Customer service by the front desk and support staff was very professional. We had to park our car at 3AM on night and the lot was full, before we knew it a manager came out to greet us and directed us to an open spot in the back lot!

In the booking confirmation it was said Sea view room. We didn't have not only a sea view but even a balcony. When I came to tell about it to the reception they offered me to upgrade the room paying 270 euro more for each night.... The first minutes of the three days vacation were ruined... I convinced myself to calm down. Then the glasses were dirty (smell like alcohol) and there were no spoons for the tea cups. This problem was resolved quickly. But anyaway when you come to the sea and your room doesn't have even a balcony (and it was promised sea view on the confirmation that was send directly to me through the correspondence) you becoming really depressed. In all other matters the receptionists work really great and were very careful! Also one of them recomended a great seafood restaurant! Many thanks to her for this, as it made our last night really great! The beach and the services of the reastaurant are also very good.

Dieses Hotel und sein Personal haben Klasse! Alles ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen Touch Luxus, das Personal ist sehr sympathisch und kompetent. Man fühlt sich als Gast in Jeans nicht fehlgekleidet.

The comfort and quality of the bathroom of our deluxe room was really well below par for a 4-star accommodation. This is the main reason I will not return to your hotel again. Another reason is that the bed is pretty hard which is not good if you have back problems. Service was excellent as well as the pool area.

I stayed for the second time in the hotel and once more it was a very good stay. The combination of good rooms, great food and very friendly staff makes it a perfect vacation. We will be back. For me it is an exception to go to a hotel for the second time (I never did that) And I will be back to stay again.

Dear all, we were very satisfied with our stay at Park Hotel Brasilia. The excellent welcoming (from reception) upon arrival gave us such a positive feeling from the first minute. Thanks to that lovely person (woman) who worked evening on Wednesday 9th Sep. All personal had a very proffesional and nice attitude. Management should be happy to these employees. Hotel is clean and nice. Location excellent. Pool, sea/beach all very good. As a tour operator I will recommend your hotel to clients and friends. Brgds Thomas Molnar Sweden P.S If possible, take away the "wall" (go through hotel page) to get out on internet. It did not work to well, and as the system to use internet is free, why not make it even easier for guests.

Thank for your warmly welcome. We had a beautiful stay in your hotel and children were amazed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful service at the pool. Only point is Restaurant in the evening. If we would come again we would prefer to book breakfast only because meals did not hold what we awaited.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel mit sehr guten Essen und freudlichen Personal. Da wir in der Vorsaison verreist sind , war es schön ruhig - noch kein übermäßiger Tourismus. Würde dieses Hotel jeder Zeit weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten beim check out geringfügige Probleme bei der Abbuchung von der Kreditkarte. Diese wurden von Frau Christine kompetent und nachhaltig bestens gelöst. Es war insgesamt ein sehr erfreulicher, schöner Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel und wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

I have to say that I was extremely satisfied with our recent stay at the Hotel Brasilia! We knew we were out of season but the staff (especially Mara, Bruno and Graciano) made us feel very welcome and made our stay special. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone!!!

Gedateerde inrichting het Hotel ligt direct aan het zand strand, met parasols en ligbedjes, ook heeft het een zwembad plus kinderbadje. Goed ontbijt, hotel ligt wel wat ver uit het centrum van lido di jesolo.
