We spent 4 days in Park Hotel Brasilia with our four girls(18;17;14 and 1 year old) and everybody found the hotel and the staff very helpfully and kind.We get free of charge an upgrade to a bigger family room because at booking we didn't asking family room and the standard is for lovers,only:) We will go back there because is a very confortable for our family.

We did not try the pool nor the bar service so we cannot comment on them. The staff was very nice and helpful, always smiling. I was very touched by the unexpected attention on my birthday. This was the cherry on the cake for a excellent stay. The only small downsides are the size of the bathroom, and the hairdryer placed far from the mirror and on the wrong side of the wall for right handed people. Otherwise everything was perfect, and we would certainly recommend the hotel.

Das Personal ist sehr kompetent und freundlich. Die Bäder und Zimmer sind eher alt und gehören renoviert. Das Schwimmbad ist leider schon etwas schimmelig und gehört ebenfalls saniert.

Malgré le taux de remplissage élevé en ce mois d'août, l'accueil et la compétence de l'ensemble du personnel a été remarquable. Avec une chambre de qualité élevée (confort, accoustique) nous avons passés d'excellentes nuits. Piscine toujours impeccable, bien qu'un peu petite, et services de plage très performants.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre. Leider sind die Zimmer für den Preis, der verlangt wird viel zu klein. Die Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung, allerdings konnten wir im Badezimmer immer wieder Ameisen beobachten. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel witerempfehlen aber mit dem Hinweis, auf die Zimmerkategorie zu achten.

Wie schon vor 2 Jahren haben wir den Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Sauberes Hotel direkt am Strand, freundliches und kompetentes Personal, gutes Essen.... Alles in allem eine angenehme Urlaubswoche.
